Frequently asked questions

Answers about appointments, your first visit, and contacting the clinic.

Appointments

Does an online appointment request confirm my appointment?
No. Requested times are preferences. An appointment exists only after clinic staff confirms it.
How quickly will the clinic respond to an appointment request?
We aim to respond within 24 hours. Your request remains pending until clinic staff contacts you and confirms an appointment.
What kinds of appointments can I request online?
The online request is for routine care or non-urgent illness or injury for a dog or cat. Call the clinic during business hours for an urgent concern.

Your first visit

How can I prepare for a first visit?
Bring cats in a secure carrier and dogs on a secure leash. Bring any records and a list of medications, allergies, and current food or diet information you have.
How do I arrange prior medical records?
Call your previous veterinarian and ask them to email you a copy of your pet’s records for the past year (if applicable). Alternatively, you can have them email the records directly to us at [email protected]
