The website provides clinic information and accepts requests for routine care and non-urgent illness or injury appointments for dogs and cats, plus new-client registration details. An online request is not a confirmed appointment. Requested times are availability preferences; no appointment exists until Arrow Animal Hospital staff confirms one, and the clinic aims to respond within 24 hours.

Do not use the appointment form for urgent or emergency care. Call Arrow Animal Hospital during normal business hours. When the clinic is closed, contact one of the emergency hospitals listed on the website.

Provide accurate contact, patient, and scheduling information. Email, titles, a second phone number, Partner details, referral source, and social-media release are optional where the form says so. Emergency-contact authorization is an explicit Yes or No decision and is separate from a Partner. Do not submit payment-card information, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information. Staff-only registration printing is temporary and generated PDFs are not stored.

Sending visit photos or videos is optional, and allowing social use is a separate choice that can be withdrawn by calling the clinic. External services, including maps, Cloudflare Turnstile, email delivery, private cloud storage, and the AI service that suggests captions from staff-written summaries, operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
